NEW OWNERS FOR HARBOR WINDS HOTEL IN SHEBOYGAN, WIS.
SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (May 4, 2023) – The storied riverfront boutique hotel in Sheboygan, Harbor Winds Hotel, has new owners lead by a Sheboygan County native and Lakeland University alumni. After many years of successful operations, the Zipperer Family decided to sell this hotel. They still own the Holiday Inn Express and AmericInn Hotel and continue to be dedicated to the Sheboygan area. Mark Zipperer, President of Pride Hospitality, approached Luke Pfeifer, who worked in their hotels during high school and college, with the option of purchasing the hotel.

LAKE GENEVA, Wis. (Dec. 22, 2020) – A top boutique hotel in the nation, Maxwell Mansion in Lake Geneva, Wis., has been acquired by Luke and Monica Pfeifer. The acquisition was announced in October and finalized today. Located only two blocks from Geneva Lake, Guests will continue to experience exceptional service while enjoying the Mansion's vintage ambiance and the urBarn (urban/barn) setting of The Stables and The Carriage House.

LAKE GENEVA, Wis. (Oct. 21, 2020) – One of the most intriguing lodging properties in Lake Geneva, Wis., the Maxwell Mansion, is getting new owners. Luke and Monica Pfeifer, Wisconsin natives, will take over the reins from Andrew Fritz, who has owned the property since 2012 and is credited with its rejuvenation as one of the most glamorous inns in this storied lake resort community.
